Meet Our Team

Duro Watt
Vice President

Mr. Watt has been in the HVAC industry for the past 35+ years and was fortunate to have been involved in field installation, HVAC equipment sales and engineering.

Duro has had the opportunity to have many years of experience both in the office and in the construction of HVAC systems. The first 10 years were spent in the installation side of the business where he installed HVAC systems for a larger Design Build mechanical contractor. Understanding how projects and systems are installed is important to determining the correct dehumidification system for each project.

For the past 20 years he has been involved in the sales and installation of dehumidification equipment for indoor swimming pools. There is no facility that requires a higher level of dehumidification and Indoor Air Quality control than a chlorinated indoor swimming pool. With more than 100 installations of dehumidification equipment, Duro has become extremely knowledgeable with the demands of high dehumidification and requirements indoor environments.

The transition from the indoor swimming pool business to the Commercial Indoor Garden industry has been a natural transition.

Alfred Hermiz
Indoor Garden Consultant

Alfred Hermiz is one of the up and coming leaders in both cannabis cultivation and extraction and is one of many working in progressing medical and recreational cannabis knowledge, legislation, and sound business practices within his home state of Arizona and nationwide. Possessing deep industry knowledge Alfred is moving the cultivation and processing of cannabis into larger scalable facilities with the highest level of standards in all areas including regulatory, health, horticultural practices, extraction & lab processes, and overall product quality. He has spent the last 16 years in the application of producing “craft” high quality cannabis flowers and extractions. Profoundly driven Alfred has always been dedicated to his clients, candidates, employees, and the cannabis plant itself. A perfectionist by nature he carries this over in his consulting and building design work, construction site management, and day-to-day operations of large scale cannabis cultivations, extraction labs, and kitchen/processing sites.

Alfred received degrees from Arizona State University where he was awarded a B.S. in Global Finance and a B.A. in Psychology. Currently Alfred is working on finishing a degree certificate in Urban Horticulture and Greenhouse/Nursery Management. During his college years is when Alfred truly fell in love with cannabis cultivation and began broadening his studies into commercial cultivation applications as well as dabbling into cannabis extractions. Expanding on that passion is what lead Mr. Hermiz further into the rabbit hole of the regulated cannabis industry which is where his heart and career passions now lie. Cultivating cannabis in a time before the industry explosion and full legalization provided many challenges and insights to the growth and trends in all areas of this budding industry: from cultivation, to branded products, and retail/dispensary development.

Working with multiple companies in the cannabis industry, Alfred has set a standard with designing cannabis cultivations specializing in highly efficient and automated, state of the art, clean room “like” cannabis cultivation/extraction/kitchen processing facilities. Alfred asserts the need to implement SOP’s that can change the way cannabis is cultivated, processed, and packaged. He has performed role of Director of Cultivation for multiple state licensed cultivation sites with dozens of employees under his direction. He is also fully versed in the complexities of state regulated seed-to-sale software and has trained dozens of employees on the software. His dedication to operating within high standards allows his cultivations to not only achieve an unsurpassed level of intelligent design, maximized efficiencies, and work safety conditions, but it also provides the attention to detail to produce the highest quality of “craft” cannabis products.

He invites peers, master growers, horticulturalists, “big agriculture” growers, and others to discuss the constantly changing needs of the Commercial Indoor Garden industry. He believes that creativity, understanding and a bunch experience are key parts to a successful business in the cannabis industry.
